Electric transmission and distribution service is provided by the local Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU). The TDU remains responsible for outages, restoration of service, and meter maintenance. Customers should contact their TDU directly for outages or emergencies.

c. Customer Rights

Customers retain all rights provided under Texas law, including the right to:

Choose or change a retail electric provider, where applicable
Contact their TDU regarding service interruptions or safety issues
File an informal or formal complaint with the Public Utility Commission of Texas

d. Customer Information and Privacy (Texas Rules)

In accordance with applicable PUCT Substantive Rules (including 16 TAC §25.471 and related provisions), PowerCord Energy:
