Electric transmission and distribution service is provided by the local Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU). The TDU remains responsible for outages, restoration of service, and meter maintenance. Customers should contact their TDU directly for outages or emergencies.
c. Customer Rights
Customers retain all rights provided under Texas law, including the right to:
