What your team does
Very little. After a one-time setup that connects your property management system to PowerCord, residents set up their own electricity in about four clicks at lease signing. Your team's part is a simple introduction at signing. There is no separate enrollment for staff to run.

A resident signs a lease and sets up electricity in about four clicks, on a plan already matched to their lease dates. No shopping for a provider, no deposit surprises, and no separate start date to time. It is the easy part of moving in.
